All training is provided using force-free, reward-based methods.
Results may vary depending on the dog’s temperament, previous experiences, and owner participation.
Owners are responsible for following the training guidelines provided during and after sessions.
The Dog Lady accepts no responsibility for behaviour outside of sessions or in uncontrolled environments.

3. Memberships & Dog Club

Membership benefits, access, and terms are subject to change with notice.
Fees for memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted or services have commenced.
Members agree to uphold a safe, respectful environment when participating in group sessions or events.

4. Booking & Cancellations

Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or via direct contact.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full.
The Dog Lady reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to emergencies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Health & Safety

Dogs attending training must be up to date on vaccinations unless discussed otherwise.
Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour and safety during all sessions.
If a dog is ill, aggressive, or not suitable for group settings, alternative arrangements may be discussed.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, logos, photos, and videos, are owned or licensed by The Dog Lady.
Reproduction is prohibited unless permission is granted in writing.

7. Liability

The Dog Lady is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages arising from misuse of training techniques outside of sessions.
By using our services, you agree to take full responsibility for your dog’s actions at all times.
